Her Sacred Wellness and Aloha Hemp exclusively use USPS Priority Shipping for all our orders to ensure fast and reliable delivery to our customers.
Shipping Schedule
- Shipping Days: Orders are shipped twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed on or before 9 AM HST on shipping days will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 9 AM HST will be processed and shipped on the next shipping day. If you really need a shipment, use the chat feature on our website to communicate your urgency.

- USPS Priority Shipping: Depending on the destination, it typically delivers within 3-5 business days from the shipping date.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery. Always feel free to use the website chat function to let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Damages and Lost Products
- Her Sacred Wellness and Aloha Hemp will cover lost or damaged products depending on the extent of the damage.
- A picture of the damage will be required to process a claim for a damaged product (unless lost in the mail).
- We may ask for your assistance in getting a refund from USPS. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim.
