All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 48 hours of delivery by writing to support(at)alohahemp.com. Please include your order number and pictures of damaged goods in the email.

If you’re not happy with your results, simply notify us within one full month (after the purchase date) and we’ll make arrangements for you to receive a 100% refund (less shipping, if applicable). No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

We do not require the return of used products (be sure to recycle the bottle). However, if there is an unsealed bottle, we require the product to be sent back.
