I started taking the 500mg from the Aloha Hemp CBD Shop that was Citrus Breeze to help my sleep. Prior to taking it, it would take 2-3 hours for me to fall asleep at night. Working full time and running 70 mile weeks, not getting enough sleep wasn’t working. I tried taking melatonin for awhile and that helped until I became dependent on it to fall asleep. I have had an amazing experience with the products I have tried from aloha hemp. I absolutely love the cbextreme! After suffering nerve damage from a broken hand years ago, I have noticed a huge difference because of this product. Up until now, nothing has helped. I would always have the most stiffness and nerve pain in my hand in the morning after not moving it all night. Now that I’ve been taking it, I’ve noticed in the morning my hand isn’t bothering me and I have almost full range of motion back even after just waking up.
